A restaurant that serves local specialties from the area around Mt. Fuji. The Yoshida udon and Hoto udon dishes (specialties of Yamanashi Prefecture) served here are popular.
Restaurant Bohatei
Located directy in front of Cool Jappaan. The 1st floor houses the Bouhatei resturant, and the second floor is home to the Kaihotoshingenyakata restaurant. The Kaihotoshingenyakata restaurant serves traditional Hoto cuisine, including Takeda Cavalry Hoto, Takeda’s Legendary Buried Treasure Hoto, and other dishes created with mountain vegetables.
